Limited Warranty
Products sold by Champion Brass are warranted solely against defects in material and workmanship in the performance of the specified functions for which they are designed as set forth in the manufacturer's published specifications.
Should any product or its component fail due to such a defect, Champion Brass will replace the product without charge upon the return of the failed part and evidence of the failure being the result of defective materials or workmanship.
This warranty is the only warranty applicable to Champion products, and is in lieu of any and all other warranties either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness. Champion's sole responsibility or liability as a result of any loss or damage due to failure shall be to replace the failed product and shall bear no liability for any incidental or consequential damages to person or property.
